the item wasn’t “new” in condition. the air purifier filter has noticeable dust on it from a previous user… so I believe it’s a returned item that they repackaged. But I paid this half of store price so I can’t complain. The first Levoit air purifier I got from this seller looked brand new. This one looks kinda used.
This is a great air purifier. I’ve bought several from this seller and all has been well. Shipping took less than a week. Thanks!

This was the third time I’ve received a used item from this seller that was marked as NEW. Shady! This was the icing on the cake though. I have a newborn in the house and upon opening this package I was greeted with dog hair, an absurd amount of dust, a scratch on the “New” item and what appears to be a smear of blood. I was horrified. My baby kept coughing and so did I the rest of the night. It is appalling that this seller keeps misrepresenting items and is still actively selling on eBay.

Ordered a lot from this seller and this has been the only item that came not as described. It was suppose to be new but was an open box with some (not original) tape on it and missing a piece. But we made it work, so I didn’t contact the seller. Every other order I have gotten from them has been great. All ship fast and prices are very good. Will definitely order again. I think they likely had an open box item and a new one and I was sent the open box instead of the new one accidentally.

Item was listed as open box (excellent, new condition with no wear), however, the floor lamp I received had been put together, only taken apart enough to fit in box and there were some scratches and a stripped screw. There was no packaging to secure in box and lampshade was slightly damaged. Did not contact seller, damages were minor and it was a great deal. Would purchase from this seller again with hope of better packaging!

Also, the shirts are irregular, which was not in the description, but I'm not nitpicky, so I'm still satisfied with them. The price was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, especially for the quantity of shirts in the pack. I didn't have to communicate with the seller, so my rating about that is a guess. Shipping was satisfactory. I am happy with this purchase, and would recommend the seller based on this experience.
